Return Policy

What items are returnable?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE CONDITION and have all original tags and product packaging
  • Item(s) must be clean and contain NO pet hair
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • Cuban link chains are wrapped in a protective layer to prevent scratches and arrive in perfect condition. Once the protective layer is removed, we can no longer accept a return.
  • Special order chains are custom made to order and not returnable

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no re-stocking charges for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Carefully pack and label your package to assure the item(s) arrive securely and in new condition

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Exchanges:

Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, Pit Bull Outfitters does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so. We'll get your new order out right away.
