All US orders over $75 qualify for Free Shipping.
In your Cart, there is a shipping calculator to provide prices and shipping options prior to checkout. Several shipping methods are available from US carriers UPS and USPS.
All shipping charges are at our cost from the carrier. We do not markup shipping charges.
International
Pit Bull Outfitters no longer ships outside the US due to after-sale customs fees and taxes charged to our customers by the destination country that are unknown by us at the time of purchase.
APO/FPO
Pit Bull Outfitters will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are always sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. Pit Bull Outfitters has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.
Processing Time
Please allow Pit Bull Outfitters 3-5 days to process and ship your order.
Items marked as Special Order will be processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Tracking
Pit Bull Outfitters sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Please check your email for this information. New federal law prohibits us from sending shipping information via text message.
Pit Bull Outfitters does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
